The website has been developed mobile-first with semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, contrast, labelled forms, alternative text, large touch targets and reduced-motion support.

Conformance status

It is partially conformant because some imported historical content, PDF documents and external Askabide Network sites may not yet meet every criterion.

Known limitations

• Some historical images may need more detailed alternative descriptions.
• Accessibility of the ISO PDF depends on the source document.
• External sites are responsible for their own accessibility.
• Basque and English clinical translations require final professional review.
