Health advertising

Health advertising for healthcare products and services in Euskadi is subject to prior administrative authorisation. Authorised messages are entered in the Health Advertising Register and the corresponding number must be displayed visibly on the authorised medium.

Before a materially redesigned version of this website goes live, Askabide should confirm with the Basque Department of Health that the authorised number applies to the new medium or obtain the corresponding authorisation.
